Six years ago (or quite possibly longer ago than that), I stumbled upon Elenor Zweigle’s A Family Inductive Bible Study Guide for Advent. I found it just a few days before Christmas and bookmarked the page. The following year, I found it and printed it out with plenty of time to spare. I’ve used it each year since.
With beautifully drawn coloring pages and detailed instructions to follow, this study has taught my family MUCH concerning the prophecy of the Messiah, His humble birth, and the purpose of His coming for each and every one of us.
If you are looking for a meaningful way to study Christ’s coming this advent season either in your homeschool, Christian school classroom, or family devotional time, I cannot recommend Eleanor’s free resource… A Family Inductive Bible Study Guide for Advent enough. Just know… when you print it, you will be printing roughly 60 pages. Each one full of good stuff… each page worth the paper and ink.
What are your traditions for Advent?
