And, when it doesn’t cost much
and is easy to make…
what’s not to love?
I found this recipe on I’m a lazy mom’s blog.
I’m not into stealing credit for her yumminess.
All I will say is that I changed two things.
One, I don’t use microwave popcorn,
so I popped 1 1/2 cups of the real deal
to make a big pot of popped corn.
Two, I left the salt out of the caramel sauce
and then when we spread the caramel corn out to cool,
I sprinkled salt over the entire batch.
